WHAT: Online Games Night! We will have games of Among Us, Scribblio, Spyfall, Werewolf etc. as well as regular channels to chat with each other!

CMNSU’S WINTER FUNDRAISER:

THE DOWNTOWN EASTSIDE WOMEN’S CENTRE (DEWC)

While tickets to our event above are free and no RSVP is required, CMNSU wanted to provide a way to give back this year.

This is CMNSU's third year collecting donations for the Vancouver Downtown Eastside Women's Centre! Although we usually try to collect physical donations like clothing and hygiene items, this year we have a virtual monetary donation page open for those who are able and have the means to give. We know the holidays and this year in general has been hard for so many so this donation page is open for anyone who has the means. 

According to the DEWC, the Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre is one of the few safe spaces within the Downtown Eastside exclusively for self-identified women and their children. High levels of violence, homelessness, addictions and poverty characterize the Downtown Eastside community and women and children are particularly vulnerable to exploitation, injustice and injury.
